Empower Hour has been a highlight at Eagle Crest North! 💪 We’re so thankful for the grad PT students from University of Wisconsin–La Crosse who spend time leading engaging exercise classes for our residents. From strength training to building confidence on our fitness equipment, they make every session encouraging and fun!
