A Legacy of Excellence in Senior Care

Rooted in the Midwest. Focused on You

Eagle Crest Communities was founded by a group of Lutheran ministers and other caring community members who once said, “We need a home for the aging to live in peace and dignity, where the Christian philosophy will serve as our guide.”

Our Story

A Tradition of Compassionate Senior Care Since 1946

For over 75 years, Eagle Crest Communities has proudly earned a reputation as the premier provider of senior services in western Wisconsin. With a Christian philosophy as our guide, our non-profit corporation continues to change the landscape of senior services for the better! Since introducing over $100 million in senior living developments in the La Crosse area over the past 15 years, we have become known as Eagle Crest Communities, a trade name of Bethany Lutheran Homes, Inc.

Our Continuum of care

Living Well at Every Stage

We deliver a complete continuum of care—designed to meet each resident’s needs today and tomorrow. With ten distinctive senior communities in Holmen, Onalaska, and La Crosse, we provide personalized services that support independence, comfort, and dignity. Eagle Crest North and Eagle Crest South lead the way as the region’s first “aging in place” communities, combining resort-style living with access to compassionate, evolving care.
